The Repair Process
Step One
Use our prepaid shipping label to send us the dental handpieces that need repair. Every handpiece is thoroughly cleaned and tested upon arrival. Pickup may also be available.
Step Two
Our expert repair specialists fix your handpieces using high quality parts — the same day we receive them. Each unit is tested and cleaned before being packaged.
Step Three
We quickly ship your handpieces back to you — as good as new, backed by our extended warranty.

Tape this postage-paid label to any sturdy box, or reuse boxes you've received from us. Hand it to your US Postal Carrier — we should receive your handpieces the next day.
